The Brief
Pink Paw bakes for the Koreatown pet community — small-batch dog-safe treats, custom orders, a loyal repeat customer base. The previous Shopify theme was generic and didn't accommodate Korean-speaking customers or the warmth the brand actually has in person.
The Approach
A Shopify Liquid build pairing a soft pink palette with the dark-luxury HV scaffolding so the brand reads warm without going cute. Bilingual product pages, ingredients call-outs at the top of every product card (allergens are a real concern in pet food), and a custom-order flow that captures dietary restrictions before checkout instead of bouncing customers to email.
The Result
A storefront that finally matches the in-store experience — Korean customers can shop natively, every product page communicates the care that goes into the food, and the custom-order flow has cut the email back-and-forth Pink Paw used to handle manually.
