FAQ

Answers before the sales call.

The questions we get asked most, answered here so you do not have to book a call to find out.

How is a $300 website not a template?

Because we are not designing from zero every time. We have a build system that handles the parts every site needs, which means the hours go into your content, your photos, and your Korean copy instead of into rebuilding a contact form for the fortieth time.

Do I own the website?

Yes. Code, domain, hosting account, and design files are yours. You can move to another agency without asking us for anything.

How long does it take?

Spotlight is usually about one week from the day we have your content. Landmark is two to three weeks. Storefront depends on how many products you have and how ready they are.

Do I have to sign up for a retainer?

No. The site is yours and it runs without one. Retainers are month to month with no contract, and you can start or stop any of them whenever you want.

Can you write the Korean, or do I have to?

We write it. Korean copy is written from the meaning, not translated line by line from English, because the literal version reads wrong to a Korean speaker and quietly costs you customers.

What if I already have a website?

Start with the free audit. We run the same accessibility, design, and backlink check we run on our own builds and send you the top three fixes within 24 hours. No sales call attached.

Do you only work with Korean businesses?

Not only, but it is what we are built for. The bilingual workflow, the Korean copywriting, and the local SEO in two languages are specific advantages that a general agency does not have.

Are you actually in Los Angeles?

Yes, Los Angeles based, working with clients across the country. Everything runs remotely, so where you are does not change the price or the timeline.
